Booking conditions

It’s very simple: to use our service you must be the owner of the Property where the Europa Service is to be carried out or have the Property owner’s express permission to undertake home improvement, maintenance or repair services on the Property. You must also have a valid Debit/Credit card and be 18 years or older.

IP policy

We are vigorous in the defence of Europa’s copyright and other intellectual property. Please don’t infringe our rights. Europa also wholeheartedly respects the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the Europa accounts of Members or other users who infringe or we believe to be infringing our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.


Where we provide services via the internet, we may need to place small amounts of information, known as “cookies” on your device, for example, your computer or mobile phone. We use cookies to identify you when you visit our website again so that the service we provide is quick and easy each time you visit us. Any and all claims that the Europa website and/or materials stored, displayed or accessible on the Europa website infringes the intellectual property rights of others will be fully investigated. If you are an intellectual property owner, or are authorised to act on behalf of one, please report alleged intellectual property infringements by completing a Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”) and delivering it to Europa as described below.

identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and provide reasons as to why you believe the material should be removed or access to it should to be disabled. Supplemental information should be provided that allows us to locate the allegedly infringing material, including at a minimum, the URL of the link shown on the Europa website where such material may be found. Screenshots, pictures and additional collateral with the correct referencing will be accepted so long as the collateral is identified as belonging to the claim;

provide your postal address, telephone number and, if available, email address in order for us to respond to you;

include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:

“I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the identified material is not authorised by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.”
